Celebrate the Kentish hop harvest

Discover the magic of East Kent green hop beer and speak to the people
behind it. Savour local, seasonal, green hop ale, made during harvest time
in September/October. Guided by the head brewers of Gadds’, Shepherd
Neame, Wantsum Brewery and Northdown Brewery, you can discover this
unique tasting ale made by adding fresh hops to the brew, within hours of
being picked at a local hop farm.

Tony & Becky’s pedigree shines through in this cosy restaurant offering a
regularly changing menu of seasonal small plates and wines from around the
world.
Tony takes inspiration from cuisines from across the world while Becky enjoys
seeking out unusual grape varieties and niche winemakers from across the
world. She will guide you through the art of wine pairing while Tony’s prepares
a savoury offering from their menu.

Craig Edgell: Buoy & Oyster, Margate

The crew at Buoy and Oyster have been dishing up top quality seafood since
2015. Head Chef, Craig Edgell joined the team in 2019 and shares their passion
for local produce and honest ingredient.
Craig, National Chef of the Year finalist 2024, is a joy to watch whether
preparing or cooking one of Buoy & Oyster’s signature dishes. We are delighted
to have him back with us working wonders with something suitably fishy.
